(4669) Wave irrigation
A variation of the secondary flow irrigation when the flow variation is obtained by varying the frequency and/or the duration of the waves, which are intermittent supplies feeding the corrugations or the border strips. This very flexible method can be applied to surface irrigation in order to reduce the flow at the end of the attack phase and/or to reduce the duration of this phase in difficult soils.
